My name is Lisa Gallagher

Lisa is a real estate entrepreneur and the CEO of Abriza, a St. Louis–based real estate platform that combines acquisition and sales, property management, vacation rentals, and construction. Abriza is built for owners and investors who care about performance—reducing vacancy days, controlling maintenance, and protecting NOI with systems, speed, and clear communication. Lisa is known for directness, a steady hand, and doing what she says she’ll do. Before Abriza, she led operations at HireRight, the world’s largest background screening company, where she built and scaled a multinational operation that helped position the company for the industry’s highest-multiple exit. Through Abriza, Lisa is building a family-run company designed for long-term stability, ethical profit, and generational wealth. She’s also a champion for women’s leadership, a voracious reader, and happiest outside.
